I carry some common parts for late model Crommelins, Easymix and Trademade (TMP) plate compactors (under 100kg).
Some parts may fit Westmix, but you need to check. Westmix do not sell parts anymore.
I do not repair compactors, but have tried to give you enough info so you can fix it yourself.
Compactor clutches:
Compactor Clutch - suit 5 to 6HP engines.
125mm/5"
Single or twin "A" belts, 19mm (3/4") or 20mm (all options same price)
$380 incl GST

Easymix Compactor Clutch, suit 550H.
125mm, 2 x "A" Belts, 19mm centre
$450 incl GST
Compactor Rubbers:
These are industrial standard, and out perform the cheaper versions available.
Compactor Rubbers to suit Easymix 550H.
Square profile. No nuts.
550H - 8 in total per machine (4 on handle, 4 on base plate)
Will fit Easymix 610H if all rubbers replaced at once - 4 in total per machine (4 on base plate) but may need new shorter belt.
Should also fit Westmix compactors, but check measurements below.

Curved "waist".

Belts:
A29 or A30 (usually marked on belt):
$30 each Incl GST
610H uses one belt, 550H uses two.
Purchase from your local belt supplier (Repco, bearing supplier, power drive supplier etc).
Take your old belt in to match.
The tension of a new drive belt may need readjusted after a couple of days of use
Engine spare parts:
Contact your local engine parts dealer eg a Honda dealer, Crommelins Machinery for Robin and Subaru etc
Troubleshooting:
Assuming engine is running correctly and at full power, if compactor travel speed is low, or vibration is weak, start by checking:
- Belts slipping - tighten or replace
- Clutch slipping - check or replace
- Excessive grease or oil in exciter - clean and replace with correct amount
- Malfunction in exciter - check bearings, eccentric etc
