I carry oil, gaskets, o-rings and brushes in stock for the Husqvarna DM230 core drill.
eg:  - DM230 clutch

I stock the front handle assembly to suit all core drills with 60mm mounting collar
(will fit Dymaxion, Weka, Husqvarna, Tooltec, Golz etc with 60mm collar).

Inline RCD (aftermarket) to suit core drills, wet saws etc

RCD with 3 pin plug and lead $125 incl GST.
Note: - IP55 - protected from water splashes but not for water immersion.
- "Load" side is for drill, "Power" is 3 pin plug
- Must be installed by an electrician
- Do not use as on/off switch

Water line on/off taps and fittings.
I stock hoses to suit:
 - Husqvarna DM230 - 1/4" BSP thread
 - Tooltec TT2100  - 1/4" BSP thread
 - Dymaxion PCD1700HH - banjo fitting and bolt

Core Drill Levels :
Husqvarna Round - 15mm (suit DM230)
Husqvarna Rectungular - 29mm long (suit DM230)
Dymaxion Round - 18 mm diameter (suit PCD1700HH)

I stock the clutch tool for holding the splined gear while you are torquing up the clutch (see picture below).
Fits some Weka, Dymaxion, Eibenstock, Husqvarna models and more. 3/8" drive.  
$70 incl GST

Core Drill spanners:
Budget - 32mm ($30 incl GST) and 41mm ($35 incl GST).
Heavy, chunky, strong but well priced.
German (DIN894) - 32mm ($45 incl GST) and 41mm ($55 incl GST).
Lighter, strong, but more expensive

Core Re Tipping Tool and Segments:
I sell the magnet segment holders to enable you to solder on your own segments on when retipping your core barrels.

Core drill troubleshooting:

Motor not turning:

Power point not working	Try another power point
Incorrect power	- Do not run off generators  - Extension cords too long  - Extension cord not heavy duty enough
Brushes	Check brushes not worn and moving freely
RCD not working	Replace by electrician
Overload (if fitted) tripped out	Reset - may need to wait till drill cools
Damaged cable	Usually between RCD and drill, especially if moving cable gets drill to run - replace

Motor turning but no power - clutch may need to be retightened to factory specifications.
