Early Entry Saws

Coming Oct 2024 for sale in Perth, Western Australia.
Perfect for cutting your expansion joints in residential and light commercial applications.

After concrete is poured, it hydrates and sets. During this process, it shrinks and develops internal stresses that can create random cracks on the surface. To prevent cracks from occurring, controlled, shallow cuts can be made with early entry saws, reducing the tension in the concrete.

Silica dust - when workers cut, saw, crush, drill, polish or grind products that contain silica, particles are created, which are one-hundredth of the size of a grain of sand. These can get  stuck deep in the lungs.
Ensure precautions to limit exposure to dust are in place.
See the WA government's info on silica dust here.
