Core Drill Block are designed to be used with hand held core drilling machines, to give an accurate hole, in the walls, floors, pipes and anything made from concrete.
Can also be used in conjunction with stands for a precise guide.

B "Standard" series are for 90 degree coring only.
AB "Angle Block" series can be used for coring at 90 degrees, and on an angle.
Smaller blocks have one jacking bolt. 230mm and above has two.

The block is manufactured from Polystone 7000 SH UHMWPE, and will last 80-100 holes (user and substrate-dependent).

The features of a Core Drill Guide Block:

  • Is a much safer process to hand held core drilling
  • Eliminates the need for a core drill stand
  • Eliminates the core barrel from "wandering"
  • Easier to start drilling with pinpoint accuracy
  • Minimal set-up time
  • Re-use the Block over & over
  • Anchor bolt acts as a tool for removing cores
  • The Core Drill Block keeps the drill at the correct angle for accuracy

Silica dust - when workers cut, saw, crush, drill, grind or polish products that contain silica, particles are created, which are one-hundredth of the size of a grain of sand. These can get  stuck deep in the lungs.
Ensure precautions to limit exposure to dust are in place.
See the WA government's info on silica dust here.
